Rehearsals: Last Week and This Week

Last week was amazing! We sang through 99% of the entire musical, and Anne and Susan are hoping you simultaneously were proud of how much you know and realize how much there is to learn.

This week, we'll go over problem spots and begin blocking. Please keep listening to your CD and identify spots that are toughest.

See you Sunday, Amazing Technicolor Singers and Crew!

It's Good that We'll get an Extra Hour's Sleep before the Next Rehearsal!

Cast and Crew,

You're moving further down the list of colors learned, set crew has begun painting, and we're making good progress!
This Sunday, November 1, we will sing through THE ENTIRE MUSICAL. Please stop whatever you're doing right now and hear the Tableau angel saying, "Fear not!" By doing this, I'm betting that we'll be amazed at how much we've covered, and it will be great to gain a sense of the big picture.

Set crew, we need you each Sunday through November. We're going to try and get most of the set ready before the December break.

See you then.

Rehearsal Plan: October 25

October 25:
1. ALL in the sanctuary to rehearse "Any Dream Will Do" p. 46
Sing through opening from memory
2. BROTHERS, JOSEPH "The Brothers Come to Egypt" p. 36 through end, assign formations
PHARAOH, CHORUS "Pharaoh Story" through "Stone the Crows" pp. 25 - 34

YOUTH: Since some of you will be on retreat this weekend, I want to offer an alternate time for you to rehearse: Friday afternoon before you leave, from 3:30-4:30. If you absolutely can't get to church before 4:00, that will work as well. Hope this is a better plan than staying for Sunday's rehearsal, but if you want to do that, it's fine, too. Please let me know by Thursday. Thanks!

Looking forward to our next rehearsal, everyone!
